Acidophilis for yeast

I take daily Acidophilis pills to help prevent yeast infections from taking hold. I didn't use to get them but now I seem to often. Yogurt is ok but it is not my favorite so I would rather just take a pill. The pills I take are actually strawberry yogurt chewables so they are not bad. Does anyone else have any tips on how to combat yeast infections naturally?
