i eat all sorts of vegies. i always make it sure that vegies are present in our meals everyday. i also have vegies planted in my backyard. try planting them too so won't spend pennies for buying. vegies now are very expensive especially to urban areas where these products are already scarce.

Me too, are not choosy when eating vegetables. The only problrms nowdays facing by parents. Children who are not introduce during their toddlers days refuse to eat veggies. It's up for the mothers to make aa strategy to make the vegetables more appealing. That's good for you. You have plenty of times to plants vegetables. it's a cheap sources of nutrients and helps in the body to store energy.

i could eat most vegetables which are sauteed. chopsuey, pinakbet, and kare-kare are my usual favorite vegetable dishess. kangkong in sinigang or deep fried is something that i like too. but what i like best is the ginataang sitaw-kalabasa (squash and string beans in coconut milk) and baked zucchini... my favorites. i'm not fond of other vegetables but i try to eat them anyway. least like are ladyfinger (okra) and bitter melon/ gourd (ampalaya). i don't know why but i just don't feel like eating it... since i was a kid... and until now. :)

guess i'm a bit picky with food and especially vegies. yes, ampalaya doesn't go down well pass my chewing stage. hehehe although my niece is a sucker for okras especially from sinigang. she could eat all of the okras in the dish even if it's half a kilogram. :)

Good for you. Your choice of viand are all good for the body and full of nutrients. I like to eat them too. The food you avoid are also the kind of vegetables that most people less eat or mostly avoid to eat. Like in the case of ampalaya which is not appealing to the tastebuds.

When I was younger I didn't like eating vegetables, which it's just common for most kids. But as I grow up, I started to enjoy eating them. I love green leafy vegetables like lettuce. I almost eat all kind of herbs too, however most of them are expensive. I don't like most is the okra, however I still eat it. Whatever good is for my health, I'd go for it. Sometimes my friends would say I've got a weird taste, but I'm health concious at times, and I eat what my suit my taste buds.

I like all kinds of vegetables, its just the kind of cooking that make a difference. I like all of the vegetable ingredient in chopsuey where all of them is still crispy and delicious. I also like other dishes with vegetables. So far, vegetables is my favorite meal during lunch and dinner. Its healthy and its so cheap compare to meats. I only refuse the vegetable when it is overcooked. I dont really like overcooked veggies. The nutrients are gone. Happy mylotting and smile always.

I love all kinds of vegetables and i eat them all. I love it especially when the one preparing it are pretty good in cooking. I just don't like chunky cubes of carrots because it's pretty hard to chew. I haven't tried okra yet but i think it's something i can handle. I love ampalaya the most and i would eat it any time of the day. I don't think it's bitter enough if it's prepared very well. Besides, it's bitterness is something i can handle.

No matter how I cook or prepare it, I can't never eat green vegetables. The taste will linger in my mouth even after I eat it for hours. I can chew other vegetables, even just make a salad out of it but I don't know why I can't eat green vegetables.

Maybe, it's the way you are rear y your parents or maybe probably your entire family as well doesn't like to eat vegetables. Everyone have their own reasons for not eating vegetables. Because, they are not appealing and they get not to uses in eating it. They are more meat eaters or fond of eating fishes and seafoods.
