Kingsclicker - Do they Pay ?

When they first started, everyone went on about kingsclicker and how good they were at paying and recommended them. Now I am just 10 Cents short of reaching Payout there, it seems to have taken ages, and not hearing anything about them recently, I wondered do they still pay, or has this been another waste of time ?
