Are you prepared in a National emergency?

Do you know what to do? Have you given thougth to it? What if one day something bad happened in your neighbourhood - the electricity are cut, and water supply is blocked ... what would you do? Riots outside yor window, or a bomb exploded nearby. How prepared are you?
