gripe water

does it really help colic? when did you first start giving your lil one it?

Yes, I have used gripe water, from about 6 weeks on. Sometimes, if you are feeding formula, it is a good idea to water it down because it is so rich and that causes a lot of gas. Another thing you can do is lay the little one on their tummy and rub their back gently upwards to move the gas bubbles up. If your baby is especially fussy, sometimes a swing is a big help - anything with a swinging or rocking motion.

Yes I used it, i used it from whenever it was allowed (cant remember the age limit on it) but my second child still used it at over a year old to help her with wind and stop her waking brilliant stuff! there is also one you can get for newborns but the name escapes me right now sorry.
