my co-employee is very annoying. his jokes are tremendously corny. he laughs too loud that i can't concentrate on what i'm doing. he tries to steal jobs designated to me by our boss. he is a perfect nonsense. i don't want to quit min this job just because of him. what will i do?

If his attitude starts affecting your performance and feeling, there's no more reason to not telling him. But you must find the best time and best place to tell him. And forget to check his mood first before telling him. Maybe you can try to telling him when you both getting lunch together. Try to use appropriate interpersonal skill as maximum as you could. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

I am in almost such situtation,my collegues always hurts me and do activities against me evan unlawfully.Sometime I become almost mad in anger, but can't do anything, even I don't get justice from my boss.In such way I passed almost 26 years in my job. How? I remain silent, even if I hear backbite against me, talk onle the necessasary ones, and come out of my job everyday as soon as it finished and relax at home forgetting all my collegues and work.

Hi there. Well, I guess it would help if you try to tell him how you feel, especially if it begins affecting your performance at work. However, you should try to do it in as civil a manner as possible, i.e. without unnecessarily hurting his feelings by using vulgar words and such. I think it would really benefit the both of you, in the long run. By pointing out to him aspects of his personality that you (and other people) may find inappropriate for the work place, you may actually help him improve himself. About trying to "steal" jobs designated to you by your boss, you could also talk to him about it and firmly set down limits on what's your responsibility and what is his. Good luck~!

don't let your co-worker affect you. there are person that covers his being incompetent by being a joker in the group. you see, he needs to attract the attention of his co-employees so that they will not notice his ineffectiveness as the saying goes "shallow water is noisy, deep water is quiet. it may also be that this person is overly confident of himself.you should pity this type of person since they cannot accept defeat and failures. another thing is, if this person can still manage to laugh and laugh, jokes around, and do things not related to his job during office hours, then maybe it only means that your office is over staff.
