doubt about neo bux

hey friend i have a doubt about neobux when i am going to purchase some referrals i cant able to do this... is there are some reasons or some qualifications...? i am very confused,so for that we need verified paypal or what....?do reply me please its urgent...?

hi bluesuccess! when buying referrals from neobux and paying from paypal, ur account should be verified. You can still buy referrals after reaching the $1 earned from neobux, you can use it to buy referrals...

but i want to buy around 100 referrals there and main thing is that i am unable to verify my account so what should i do...?

i ahve just signed up at neobux, but not worked much, and i have never purchased refferals at any site, do u believe in doing that, is it sure that your refferals willbe active and they will not be fake, i try for free refferals, no idea about purchasing etc.
