are you the one waking up with a smile? its an easy thing to do once you decide to do it. wake up with a smile on your face and be thankful to our God almighty for a new day that he has given to you and say this today is a new day and there are opportunities and blessings waiting for you. each and everyday is truly a gift. each hour, each minute provides opportunities to be happy. think about something you love ,thinking about the you love one with make you smile in the morning. thinking about sad or depressing things will bring you down.I believe in the power of positive thinking. believe that something wonderful will happen for you today.so begin by believing in goodness and good things will happen to you, if you're in a good mood you will also motivated. for a more soothing wake-up call set your alarm clock to a classical sounds rather than hard rock sounds or screeching alarm. try an alarm clock that uses natural sounds, like nature sounds, animal sounds like birds chirping or running water. pleasant outdoor sounds trigger a mood lifting endorphin release which will help start your day in a happy way. always remind yourself to be happy the next day.

I don't wake up with an immediate smile on my face, but once I wipe the sleep away and see my husband and children's faces...instant smile. I try to smile often and not all things that make me smile surround me every second so all I do to make me smile is think of all the wonderful blessings in my life. I've had many co-workers and friends thinking I have lost my mind, because I will be sitting at my desk and have a smile on my face and when they walk p and ask me what I am smiling about....I simply giggle and most the time just say "I'm happy". One can't live life unhappy. Way to much funa nd excitment being happy. But the only person that can make you happy and smile....is yourself!

remember this, that smiling everyday lifts the face and makes us younger because the muscles we use to smile lift the face that makes a person look younger. if you smile always it will bring happiness to the people surrounds you. smile always and you will draw people to you.

I wouldn't say I wake up smiling but it doesn't take me long. I'm not awaken by an alarm clock but by my 13 month old granddaughter who sleeps beside me every night. When she wakes up she begins chattering and letting Nana know it's time to wake up with rasperries or kisses.

hihi..i feel that to be able to wake up with a smile is something not easy to achieve and i feel that everyone should try to achieve it...
to be able to wake up with a smile is to be able to forget all those unhappiness that had passed and to take the day as a brand new day with many beautiful adventures ahead..
i really hope to be able to achieve that..
i will try!!

smiling changes our mood, if feeling down try putting on a smile, although we experience stress, unhappiness, but are we going to stop here because we are unhappy with our life today, of course not, just remember our memorable happy days will makes us smile. its hard to smile in the morning if were thinking about all the negative experiences in our life.start your day with a smile and there's a good chance your mood will change better.
