Green Tea for weight loss

Hi. I have been doing alot of researching online about drinking green tea for weight loss, and I have found alot of positive stuff. It seems that people are losing weight on it. Just drink 3 cups a day. It boosts your metabalism and burns fat and has tons of antioxidents. So I have started drinking it. If anyone has had success with this please let me know. I just need something to jump start this weight loss, or see if I can even lose this weight. THanks!

well i have also heard alot of positivness about it and i tryed it myself but couldnt get past a week as i really didnt like the taste of it! but i guess it depends on how much you want to be thinner, i would like too but not a big amount and not enough to drink it to be honest

I dont like the taste of it either. Especially if you cant put any suger in it! But I am forcing my self to as I need to lose alot of weight and nothing else has worked for me.
