Will Texas Secede from the union and become their own country?

If Texas does secede from the union and become their own country, then that is where I will be headed. They have all the high-technology businesses, all the oil, guns, plenty of agriculture and farming and four or 5 of the best universities. Oh, and the Texas Rangers for law enforcement. Don't mess with Texas!
