Do you find that Rap music is not the same as back in the day?

hahaha, its true. I mean, I like alot of it because of the beat and stuff. but the lyrics are messssed. I think that rap songs nowadays are just sooo animated ! its true, they will seriously hire anybody. just as long as they want it/are willing. I mean, if you listen to them live, theyre awful. most are awful anyway. =\ like, I don't know why you'd make songs with lyrics like that. I feel so offended, random men talking about women like that. its not even coool. Id much prefer other songs with good meanings and lyrics and non-animated voices. they sound electronic, like robots or something =p oh well, not much we can do about it ... peace :)

Before I even get into this..its DO The Stanky Legg... Anyway, you can pretty much tell at this point who does it for the love of hip hop and who is just trying to start a trend for the next two or three months..take Soulja Boy for instance..that cute little boy came out and took over the internet and the ringtone game..made money off nonsense...the GS Boyz..the guys who did Stanky Legg are trying to do the same thing..there are rappers out there who are still lyrical and there are others who fell into a rut and have no other choice but to get into other things (fashion, movies, etc) but back in the day rap was about having fun, no violence, no beef...today, rap is a contact sport..if you do running your mouth about someone and they feel they can get back at you, you can bet your baby mama they are coming for you..so yeah its not the same and I can't say it changed for the better..but I will say this..creativity comes in different forms and I know that when Stanky Legg comes on at any party I throw, people go crazy so its all a matter of who likes what...

I think that rap nowadays is crappy. I think alot of things are crappy anymore. anyhow, I wish rap was like it used to be. Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, 2-Pac, Biggie. That was the good rap days. Actually, those were the good days all together. How I wish it was then again.
