I recently tried Restaurant City, a facebook application - it's a game where you have your own restaurant then you trade ingredients with your friends so that you can level up your dishes. See: http://is.gd/upoE for tips, tricks and guidelines :D

we do!! hehehe my officemate and me like playing games in facebook specially the games from playfish. were overhooked to petsociety, restaurant city, who has the biggest brain, and geo challenge.. hehehe we actually took hours just to make sure increase our levels before we log out to facebook and start working again. hehehe
we also like to take up different quizzes, the personality, behavioural, psychological test available in facebook.

Yes I like to play games and I am currently playing Restaurant City!
I am on level 9 now. I have visited some friends' restaurants last week and I have received new ingredients. I also trade ingredients if I have extras.
I didn't know that I canget bonus points with the trees surroundingmy restaurant!

I used to play Texas hold'em and blackjack there until I got too busy. Some of my friends are currently active with Mafia Wars (I'm not sure if that's the right name) but I just couldn't be bothered with it - or with any game, for that matter. And now that I've read the previous responses here that some of these games are links to infections/viruses, dear me! Scary! LOL

i do get requests from my friends to play on facebook, but i never tried, because the on etime i responded, it took me out of facebook application, so i thought it might have viruse. immediately closed the page, and never tried it again.
