i swear i have to eat a fruit a day. lately, i've been having trouble. you know, the kind of trouble that i need fiber. not because it's painful but there seems no inclination of my body to remove those wastes.
so i went back to the most economical and tastiest for me. canned pineapples. i got the tidbits. they're easier to store since you can still have leftovers in your fridge longer than the fresh ones. besides the sweet taste is just what i am oftentimes searching for.
what about you?

I dont have any favourites as such but most seasonal fruits are my favourites. right now its the mango season and we are seeing mangoes everywhere...breakfast, lunch, dinner..oh! its a versatile fruit and can be served any number of ways, it will invariably come out tasty.
Bananas are another all time favourite and so are grapes.
I am not much into tinned variety but regardign large fruits like the pineapple you mention, yes the tinned variety is better coz it lasts longer in the fridge.

Hi Ritchelle, I love all kinds of fruits. There are always fresh fruits in the fridge. Most of them are imported fruits from temperate countries like oranges, apples, pears, apples and etc. They are the favorite fruits of my husband and his eldest sister. I prefer to take the local fruits like banana, guava, pineapple and mangoes all the time.
There are lots of seasonal fruits available during their season. Among them I love durian and mangosteen the most. I even could take durian as my three meals for the day. Durian is so delicious with its unique fragrant smell as well as its milky flesh
After having durian I then take mangosteen. It could reduce the heat of our body if taking lots of durians. We could enjoy eating these seasonal fruits twice in a year during the seasonal fruit season only.
Happy posting

I have always been a lover of raspberries! They have to be picked ripe, otherwise they dont ripen. So buying them in the store is very expensive. But picking them at home is wonderful! They also, surprisingly, have a decent amount of fiber.
My other favorite fruit is kiwi. Im not sure what it is about them, they are just so tasty!
If all else fails for fiber intake - the fiber one pancakes are always a good fall back! They taste like regular pancakes and have the benefit of more fiber. Throw a few frozen blueberries in there and you are golden!

My favourite fruit of all time would be mangoes. I don't know why aside from the taste compared to other fruits that are also tasty but, not as good a mangoes. Ripe mangoes, green mangoes in shrimp paste, dried mangoes...
I think if there are many mangoes at home, I bet I could eat as much until nothing is left (^_^")

Mine is Pineapple but not the canned one. Fresh ones are good coz they have all the vitamins and minerals u need and more of the fiber. Once i ate a couple of slices,a few hours later I would definitely have bowel movement. Isn't it great? It's good for getting slim too. It makes your metabolism fast and a healthy digestive tract.
