Is Money A God?

Money is a basic necessity and we can't deny the fact that without money we couldn't get the thing we want in this world. People strive and work hard to have money, to support their family and give them the best out of this world. I will admit that it is a source of our needs. However, the sad truth is that we used to be under the control of money. We let the money spoil our good personality attitude and even the life we use to be. If money is a god, then why is it a source of all evil in this world? Let's all admit the reason why we have this kind of corrupted government is all because of money. Why there's poor and rich, rationalism, food shortage and many more stuffs to mention. Sometimes i have this thought of if money wasn't discovered, would it change the situation now? How i wish things won't be this severe as of what we are witnessing now.
