What is wrong with PERFORMANCE BUX?..

Performance bux used to be one of my favourite because of its instant payout method and good support but today when I try to request my payout through paypal, I got the message below message. Read it.
"We have had a high number of creditcard charge backs
We currently can not process payouts via paypal until our balance s back positive
Any purchases made by paypal help us get ths balance back to negative sorry for any porblems".
Then, I try to use Alert pay method then I got the message "We currently do not have anough support for alertpay once we have funds built back up we will enable alertpay".
What do you think about this?Does it mean, this is another sign of scam?Anybody tried to cash out from Performance bux?Do you get the same displayed message?Let me know.

This is how almost all the bux sites end up. I really wonder how the new Bux sites get enough even after most bux sites have turned scam.
I was thinking that PerformanceBux would survive bit longer as they had PayPal payout. But, few days back I got a mail saying "paypal funds problem". On seeing this mail, I lost the trust. Whenever a site tries to trick with PayPal saying any filthy reason, that's a sign of turning scam. The past history says, it is true.
