How do i refer people tp triond?

Hi.. I have just become a member at triond... I am not sure if it is possible to refer people to triond... i can't seem to find that feature... Can anyone help me? i am asking, because i have a friend that would link to join too... and if it is possible to increase my earnings by referring her.. i would of course like that :D Thank you in advance
