my daughter has been suffering from kidney failure and is on dialysis twice a week she is just 15 years old but due to medical complications, transplantation is not possible in near future. i have been searching 4 other technological advancements like artificial kidneys that can be implanted just like pace-maker. i have come to know that production of plastic kidneys is in the offing but have not been able to get detailed imformation. can somebody tell me about plastic kidneys that are wearable or other options for kidney failure patients. please forward tis message to any doctor who has some information on this.....

I don't know if any of these will help, but I found some information on the subject. You are really going to have to do some research. From what I have read, they don't have anything set in stone. The most I could find were confirmations on Phase II clinical research trials. I hope these help...

Hi, I know the tough times you are going through but I feel that together we will definitely win it. The Kind of spirit the little girl has I think God will think again as to why he gave so much pain to her and you. Meanwhile just keep the light burning and keep on trying a miracle is bound to happen . Love you and take care .

Hi, I am really sorry to hear this about your daughter. I don't know nothing about plastic kidneys and have don't know any doctors personally, I'm sorry. I will ask my friends if they know anything about it but all I can do is send my blessings to your daughter and pray she will get what she needs to get better:)
