we need to have an ideas about the job , what we have to and how we have to so we need think those before joining the job.
Satisfaction will come when feel happy and love to work every time.

well, i dont have a real job right now but if i'll get one
i'll prefer a job that i'll enjoy while earning. because if you have a job that you dont enjoy you'll get tired. i dont like that. i want a job that will last.

The satisfaction factor depends on the employee. I work on a shift of 16 with 2 line supervisors and a boss. We are all fairly close, honest with each other except for the guy who smells & go out together, so that makes our time at work a little more satifying.
We all work within the community and deal with difficult situations which gives satisfaction when the problems are resolved quickly and with a good outcome. Most people do a job to pay the bills, people make careers because they enjoy it or something about it. (This may include people who started a job & turned it into a career, a career can be made out of any job)

Besides a full-time job,i think a part-time job is really a must if we want to live comfortable and happy.But it is must based on the healthy level and within the scope of our workload.More satisfied more happy!

I think the thing thats makes a career or job satisfying,
is when you go to work and actually enjoy it !! thats the main thing, you can earn alot of money or help other people but if you dont go to work everyday loving what you do then how can a job or career be satisfying in those circumstances.

as far as i am concerned,there are several factors that would make a job satisfy me,first,it should be the job that i like and suit to me,as we all kown,interest is the best teacher,only if we have great passion for the job,we will make good performance and contribute more to the company,in this way,we can get a good pay back.
secondly,a good work environment is also very important,it not only means the healthy and comfortable office,but also a good interpersonal relationship within the people in the office.in addition,a high salary is very attractive,most of us have to earn bread and milk,so the money we earned should at least be able to support ourselves,of couse,the more,the better,so we can live a more decent life and enjoy us better.
