Anyone out there dieting?

Hi
I need some help to reduce my body weight. I find myself putting on weight due to my job which is all the time sitting. I go for my meal, return to office and sit the whole day. Can someone share with me some tips on reducing my body weight please. Your assistance is very much appreciated. TQ

Exercise would be the best way to get your body weight reduced!
I can't say that you should diet but yes avoiding oily food and fatty food will help. Stop drinking milk every night or have only a glass full of milk at night without food.
But exercise would be must!

omg...i know how you feel. i sit in the office for long hours and hardly have time to exercise. i'm gettin' married in 21 days!! *gasps* and i'm bein' a parnoid bride thinkin' i'm too fat to fit into my outfits... but i do need to diet....any good tips for me to lose some kilos/pounds in 21 days??

First congratulation for your marriage. Well I guess its normal to be paranoid as its going to be your best day. You wanna be the most elegant and beautiful women on that day. Well i am sorry as I do not know how to advice you to reduce your weight. Looking at your picture you look great. Maybe just a little bit of tough workout to shape your body would be a good suggestion.

You just made me happy. I though I have good a good response on how I can diet.:( I can share one with you. one of my friend said that there is a way to diet in 7 days. The first two days you should eat only fruit, the third and forth day only vegetables, the fifth and sixth day, you can have meat but only one ounce thats very little with vegetables and one the sevent day you need to eat lots of banana. However based on my fitness trainer I was told banana is fathening. I do not know whether to follow this. I sounds funny to me. LOL

I want to lose weight also I tried to exercise but I can't control my bad eating habits. I gain so much weight that I had a problem fitting my clothes. I want to lose weight this month I want to try to cut down some oils and carbohydrates. I think these foods makes me gain weight easily. For the past 2 years I lose weight but now I gain more that what I lose back then. I hope I can fulfill my goal to lose weight this month with your help thanks a lot.

I have tried this but its not effective. After work i go to the gym and workout burning down the calories but my stomach and just getting into layers. Done my crunches, sit up and push up. :(

I was just told by my doctor that I had to reduce 20 pounds if I wanted to stop having the back pain. She said: No mayo, no sodas, no fat of any kind, small servings, lots of veggies and fruits. I´ll give it a try as my back is killing me. I put on weight after I stopped smoking and I haven´t been able to reduce it. I, too, lead a very sedentary life. Luck. See you in a couple of months with a couple of pounds less
