Will they show my earning even though I havent sign up pay pal yet?

Yes the PayPal account that you use for eBay will work. Just enter your paypal email address in the account info page.
They will show your earnings even if you hadn't signed upto paypal but that might be a problem come payment day and you haven't signed up. But seeing as you have use ebay and already have a paypal account, it shouldn;t be a problem.
