Do you like jogging early in the morning?

This morning, I have pick up a friend to work. It was really early in the morning, and it was my first time during this past two years, I have to get up so early in the morning. Well, on my way out. I can see how amazing some people can get up so early, and jogging around the community to achieve good health. For me, I rather stay in my bed for the next 2 or 3 hours. Would you get up early in the morning during the weekend, and enjoy your jogging?

What are you talking about, my friend? Jogging early in the morning? Oh, it's so terrible which I even can't imagine it. Morning is a good time to sleep I think. I like sport, like football, basketball, table tennis and so on. But I always do them in the afternoon or evening. Nothing can let me get up early but work or... my wife.

I'd like to go jogging.. However I don't get up early and go for jogging. Not really something that I'd do especially in a kind of place where I live. No big parks that I could go for a jogging.. If I were in a nice, earthy type of environment then I would definitely love to go jogging, especially with someone. It would be fun. I wish I could go jogging like you do.. So I guess, I'd rather do the trend mill, at least that something equivalent to jogging, still I prefer something outdoor scene..

No no no. I don't jog. The health concious people do many thing to keep fit to live a better life. And all are upto their choice.

i use to get up at 5am every morning to jog 2 rounds around my neighborhood or do 2km on the thread mill. and at 6.30ish i would bathe and get ready for school. now i do the same routine before going to work. and on weekends because i wanna sleep in a little i only get up at 7am to do my morning jog and i must say the only reason i do it is to keep fit and it wakes me up so that i go to work refreshed and totally relaxed. jogging is the best exercise i get and i never miss a jog unless im terribly ill and i hate it when i miss a jog cause the next day wouldn't be as fun as it is anymore.
nowadays its getting kind of boring so i usually plug in my i pod and put on a soothing play list as its quite early in the morning to have music blasting in my ears.

Hi,friend. It seems we have similar habit.
Even when I was in high school, my grandmother has to use long time for calling me getting away from bed. It was really hard time for both of us. I always said to her: one more minute...which made her almost crazy.
As we know morning exercise is good for health. But we youth just like rest more.
Sometimes i'm afraid i will get kind of pain due to lack of exercise..but i just too lazy to do something.
maybe i should do some change.
Anyway I think the most important thing is to be happy. Choose the way make you happy,that's enough!

No not really I dont like to jog at all. I just perfer to walk wich they say fast walking is actually better for you then jogging is wich I agree with them since jogging puts a strain on my knees and I cant go jogging so long I can go a lot longer walking.
