does PROPER PTR pays?

I have been registered in this website and are doubt if they can pay us. I just need to click and they pay me $100 for per click and I can only request for payout if I reach $100000. That will be approximately 100 clicks. Each day or two days once they have 4 clicks for me to do. If I am to upgrade my account I can request for payout anytime but the upgrade cost $399. Is this a right website. Anyone have any idea or have got pay out before.

It is pretty good I think. And they pay well for referrals.

I'd stay well away from that site if I were you. Doesn't sound like an honest one AT ALL.
