The dessert of cheese sweet potato:)

hi youless, my dear friend, it is called sweet potato and it is very tasty. i sometimes use clarified butter and add green cardamom. it is verytasty. i love it but i dont it much becasue loads of calories in it as well as FAT. i cant handle all that. my hubby and mt mother in law and father in law loves to have it so make it for them. i add dry fruits also in it becasue that adds to its taste. why dont you also give it a try. as much as i have known you i think you are a great cook and cooking loving person. happy cooking and happy mylotting.

I love sweet potatoes. I am wondering what kind of cheese you put in it? I am not familiar with cheeses from your country. I could imagine putting a very mild cheese or a cream cheese in it. I also like brown sugar and cinnamon on sweet potatoes.

I tried doing that before when i was still living at my parents house and we have an oven... very yummy and tasty... if cheese is not available... i would just use butter... tastes great too... you should try that... I like sweet potatoe... especially the yellow ones... very healthy and cheap...

That's nice and delicious I wanna try it. We have many sweet potato here we called it here (camote). What we usually do in our sweet potato we only boil it or we fry it with brown sugar. I want to try your recipe so I have a new way to cook sweet potato. I'm tired of eating it when I only boiled it, thanks for sharing your recipe.

That sounds similar to a dessert I have made. I actually use sweet potatoes, brown sugar, pecans, and riccota cheese. You bake it, just like you did with your dessert. It was delicous. I think I am going to try one like your, too. Thanks for sharing!

Hi youless We also have the same dessert. In our country, sweet potato is called Cassava. We call that dessert as Cassava Cake. I also like that as well. I have baked that before when I used to live with my parents. I missed it.

Hi youless.hows your son doing? well yes the name for the vegetable is right, we always use sweet potatoes during our fasts. well i mus give a try to this cheese sweet potato desert, it looks and reads yummy though..have a nice time.
