A Maltese dog wears an emerald tiara worth $4.2 million during a fashion show for pooches in Bangkok.The tiara consists of 153 carats of emeralds built with a titanium body and decorated with over 100 carats of diamonds. LUCKY ONE!!!

HOly Moly!!!! I dont think I would put one diamond on my dog! Wow! I didnt even know there were fashion shows for dogs, thats funny too!
