working for your boss or for yourself?

I would love to work for my self. I hate having a boss that tells me what to do and makes up a bunch of dumb rules. If I were my own boss then I could do whatever I want and dont have to put up with nobody wich would be so awsome. It would deffintley make working more enjoyable.

I think the problem is that bosses know or at least think that anyone and everyone under them doesn't have enough experience to know what they "know." Yes, ego is the main factor in that, also their pride may be hurt if someone under them comes up with a great idea that the higher up people really like. The boss might think that they will be replaced with one great idea verses their semi-good but multiple ideas. Other then that, I'm not quite sure what the issue it.

I actually do both. I have 3 jobs where someone else is my boss and 1 where I am the boss. My 3 jobs are Canada Post (full time), mystery shopper (part time) and network marketer (part time) My business where I am the boss is making and selling my handmade goods as well as importing and selling handmade goods and commissioning people who make handmade goods. I hate being an employee and love being my own boss. I only stay with the job until I can get my business up off the ground.

a lot boss will always think he is the one who paying you so you should listen to him, but there are some boss they willing to listen to employees comment. I'm working at my own ,client is my boss. so client request anything i must try my very best to do for them. and is good to hear client comment cause it can help you to improve .
