Chocolate is healthy!

Hey, chocolate lover there, has you heard that chocolates can keep high blood pressure down, your blood flowing and your heart healthy? That was claimed by the scientist, not me. They said that something in cocoa helps the body process nitric oxide for healthy blood flow and pressure. Flavonols in cocoa on the other hand prevent fat-like substances from oxidizing and clogging the arteries and blood platelets less sticky. The greatest news is that dark chocolate contains more flavonols then milk chocolate! Yahoo~ I always love dark more then white and I've got one more reason to love and enjoy chocolate.

Actually it is the dark chocolate that is the healthy one. It needs to be at least 60% cocoa. The more cocoa the better. And of course, this means eat it moderately. Too much of anything is not good for you. Have a good day.

Yes, that's right. Too much of everything is not good to your health. But for chocolate, the more cocoa the better. Less sugar the better as well. The sweetness of sugar distory the original flavour of chocolate.

well, doesn't chocolate also contribute to fat, which in turn opens the door to other illnesses that may include high blood pressure? they really made it sound as if chocolate is some sort of a medicine. people should enjoy chocolate, but shouldn't overeat as obesity is the stepping stone towards bad health. as a health conscious person, i fund this articles a bit misleading. one should not go on to quote the +ves by simply ignoring the -ves.

Its true that chocolates are healthy. Dark chocolate is the healthy chocolate. Chocolates have antioxidants which can be also found in coffee and tea. It is good for the heart if being eaten or drink in moderate servings. You can read more here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chocolate

It's only dark chocolate. Milk chocolate, white chocolate and etc. have too much sugar to be consider healthy.

Yeah! I like chocolate because it's so delicious and have much vitamins which's useful for us. And one thing, it's the best food for keeping our beauty.hihi

I love cadbury very much. I always have them filled in my fridge with all type of cadburies. I always feel i am excited when i take one cadbury.
