Bidvertiser - Does it Pay or is it a scam ?

I have been with bidvertiser for a while now, and although I haven't been paid by them, I am getting close to the amount for payout from them, but recently have noticed a few discussions on various sites that say that Bidvertiser do not pay as when they get close to Payout, the account is suspended due to irregular clicks. Has this happened to any one on here ?
