i have a son who loves to chew on bubble gum , the problem is after chewing he just stick it on his clothes, . i always teach him, not to do that, but still sometimes he forgets what i've said to him. now his clothes are having gum that sticks and are not easy to laundry, and it will not disappear by just a laundry soap alone. do you have any idea on how?

Take the clothing and put it right in the freezer. The gum will harden and then you can peel it off. It does take some patience to get it off, but eventually it will come off.
Then tell your son no gum unless he throws it in the garbage when he is done.

Take an ice cube and apply it to the gum until it hardens then you can chip the most of it off. When you have removed as much as you can treat the rest of the spot with some kind of pretreatment like spray and wash or just pour a little of your liquid laundry detergent on the spot and let it set for awhile. This should take the rest of the stain out.

I don't have any children so I don't know what to tell you.
Have you tried spray'n'wash? This might help. This gets a lot of spots out, anyway.
Maybe some of the other mylotters, those who have children, will have better suggestions. Kathy.
