I am making a web page for different stores.What i want to know is what is the best way to set this up and to get it off the ground? Any suggustions would be more than welcome?

I agree, sounds like your starting from the beginning, so the best thing to do is find someone you know to help you or do a search on the subject and find some good tutorials to help you step by step. There are many that are free.. Good Luck in your adventure..
