what do you think of ben barnes as prince caspian?

as i saw the trailers, the magazines, and the news... it seems that everyone is eyeing on this guy... when i first saw barnes i asked myself... where the hell is he hiding all these years? i mean, i never saw such a beautiful guy holding a sword... i think he is right for the role of caspian...because he looks like a prince and his acting is good... what do think of barnes? you're free to share here...

To be quite honest his performance was serviceable at best, he is quite lovely to look at but he's not a actor filled with huge amount of range, much like Orlando Bloom: he's lovely and can handle a sword, he looks nice in period clothes and thank goodness he's surrounded by actors of a higher caliber who make him look good. Hopefully he'll have grown as an actor by the time Voyage of the Dawn Treader is ready to be filmed.

Yeah, his the best for that role and nothing could pass by his amazing talents. the character is simply molded to fit him.

It should be interesting to see how far he's come by the time Dawn Treader comes out at the end of this year.

the first time i watched prince caspian, after the movie, i logged online and look who's the actor. i also think that he is perfect for the role. he looks like a real prince!

Yeah, i could not disagree more. He is a perfect match for his role than anyone possible candidates. He know to act and this makes any fans awe with excitement with his next movies to watch.

em... to be honest. To me nothing special about him. He is good looking and he does present the air of a prince. Well, just like that's what a good actor should be. em...may be I am too concentrated on the 4 main characters in the series.

Yeah, he is good looking but it is his assets to become popular and being selected from among a lot of contestant who audition during the selection is a great achievement too consider. Thanks for your responses.
