In my limited studying of eating (or not eating) meats, I have to say it really depends if you are looking at the "healthiest" option.
Fish that is farm raised is not that healthy. If it is wild caught it is much healthier for you.
I do not eat a lot of meat either. When I choose to eat meat I pick organically grown meats. Chicken - I make sure it reads that there are no added antibiotics in their feed.
Even red meat if it is organically grown is not too unhealthy. I just cannot eat red meat much any more. I choose to not have the fat. But every once in a while I will opt for a steak.

Eating fish it's healthy because is less fat in the body and had a rich in protein.
when you eat meat has a disadvantage whe you fry it because there's lot of cholesterol that you can get on the fried meat. eating fatty foods is bad for your health.

Of course, I consider fish more healthier food to eat. Since, it contains less fats and it's a good source of protein for strong muscles. As, I grow older, I like to eat more fish and cook it like meat flavor and in appearance.

I think eat more fish is much better than meat, because meat will make us grow fatter and fatter if we eat it too much, contrary, fish will be good for our health and won't make us turn fat. That is my personal opinion, maybe it is not true, but i think so.

That's what they are saying. I am not really much into counting carbs and all that. I am more on eating what I like. LOL

eating fish is healthy specially tuna and salmon. But when eating raw fish must accompanied with wasabe or vinegar. According to my "sensei" (japanese) that wasane kills bacteria in your raw fish inside your stomach. And avoid the belly of milkfish, it is rich in bad cholesterol i think.
