"and the end when the poor doggie passes it was just so sad yet touching." You just ruined me the movie. Maybe I shouldn't read a discussion about a movie I haven't watched yet but I wanted to read the comments to see if it's good. You could put there a little spoiler warning. Now I'll try to forget about it somehow but I already know if I'm going to watch the movie after all, I'll think about how's that dog going to die through the whole film. :(

Usually I avoid dog movies, but I heard this one was actually good. Idk. I hope it is but I wouldn't expect much from the dogs. Owen Wilson could make it interesting.

My daughter and I read the book first and then watched the movie. I really enjoyed the movie, but they left out (or shortened ) so many great parts. We were a little dissappointed, but movies are never as good as the book. Still it was a good movie.

I have not watched it but I plan on watching it because I was hoping it was a good movie. Matter of fact I am going to go and watch it right now.
