Are you afraid to travel alone? I meant that you can't drive a car across the states by yourself. You must bring along someone with you, otherwise, you are too scare by yourself. Does anyone of you ever feel that?
Yesterday, I cross the state line all the way to Alabama to pick up someone. I was afraid to go alone myself, so I brought two extra persons with me.

I live in another country so when I travel it's usually to go back to Indiana to see family. I don't like going alone. I don't like the big airports and going through security and imagration . Id rather have someone with me just in case I miss a flight or something . Better yet I'd rather just bring everyone here so I
never have to leave , ha !

Hello clorissa my dear, how nice that you've got your sister Felice to travel with and help to protect you when you are afraid to travel alone which I can well understand when you continue to drive that old banger of yours which is forever breaking down. You must feel so much safer with young Felice there to protect you.

Hello clorissa123!
I am not really afraid to travel alone. I have done this already several times. I even have traveled abroad alone a lot of times already. Of course there are also instances when I know I have to travel with someone as it might not be safe to travel on my own.

I would do it, but I guess I might be a little naive about stuff like that. I have dropped people off at the Atlanta airport alone and waited for them to pick them up and loved it. I guess I just like bing alone and think it will never happen to me. Driving a car doesn't scare me as long as I keep my doors locked and stop at well lit areas and keep my cell phone charged.

Never even crossed my mind, being afraid of something like that. I prefer to travel with people. But I have no problem traveling alone. When I was 18, I took a train ride, by myself, from Montana to Florida and back again, it was one of the best adventures of my life, I met a lot of interesting people, I did get scared once or twice, but never for very long. I think it is better to travel with people though, it makes the trips go faster.

Yes I am afraid to travel alone. I prefer to travel with my family. I just find it scary boarding on a plane alone. I would prefer going abroad with friends, sight seeing with friends than doing things on my own. I would have done things myself. I would have asked my friends to accompany as you did.

i have never tried traveling alone. the thought of having to spend the night alone freaks me out. this is the main reason why i don't travel alone. if it's a day trip and i'm driving, i guess i'll be fine with it. in fact, i find driving alone quite therapeutic at times. as long as i don't have to sleep alone in a strange bed, i'm fine with traveling alone.

Yes I would be. i don't even like to eat in a fastfood restaurant by myself. Once when I was in college and I was starved after my lab class let out around 8pm I wanted to stop at Mcd's....instead of eating in the restaurant I scarfed it down in my car. That is ridiculous.

Is it so?, what a person you are? I don't afraid to travel alone. I use to travel with my bike. Even from states to states or from districts to districts... I love to travel with my bike only, that too lonely means, I love to drive without any resistance...

If i am traveling at night by myself, then I do get scared to travel by myself. Now, when it is light out and its daytime, I am more likely to be willing to drive long distances alone. It doesnt scare me as much for some reason when it it light out.

I am actually very afraid to travel alone. I don't like to travel very far by myself. I've only really started driving for about 2 years now so i'm not as experienced as others. I also hate to be on the highway full of traffic. Luckily I live in MS, and there are really a minimum of about 4 lanes here.

I am not afraid of traveling alone but I always like to have at least someone with me. This is because if you are traveling alone and driving a long way then you feel very bore. Just seating in in front of the starring wheel and driving and driving. But if there is someone with you then you can have some chat while driving. Even you can ask that person for driving for some time. Because when you drive long away alone then you feel very tired. So it is better to keep someone with you.

I usually travel with someone else or bring someone with me if the place is too far. Also, if it will be my first time to travel in that place. But sometimes music is my weapon if i dont have someone to bring.

I don't like travelling all by myself because it is no fun at all. You don't have anyone to talk to and share the sights with, not to mention you don't have anyone to get lost with (in case you do get lost). Part of the thrill of travelling is being able to bond with friends or family, sharing travel memories together, and doing something as simple as ooohing and aaahing the sights together.
