which program can make you forget the time?

recently , i am interested in the magic. when seeing the program or the magician i like on the screem, i even don't want do anything, just staring at the tv . it relaxs me . and you ?

I used to play Majiang on tv, a kind of chinese and now an international game played by four persons. When playing Majiang, time flies so fast. Very often I would forget the time. For all recreational activities, the player must control himself not to be indulged too much in it. Our physical body needs to be take care of, so as to serve us longer.
