play ps2 games on usb flash drive

I have a ps2 slim with broken lens, so i had to convert my games to iso, is it possible to play games on the console with a usb flash drive containing my game iso?

USB flash drives are not advisable for use with PS2 slims because it has a small capacity and degrades faster with continuous use, which will definitely happen with PS2 games. It is best to use an external Hard Drive, it is more expensive but it will last longer.
