whats the fuss about facebook? i mean friendster was popular then when i had invitations from facebook. im not really into making friends over the internet however when i joined facebook, i cant believe my whole highschool batchmates were all there! so i started adding them all even if im not close to those people, though their names were familiar. what do you do at facebook? aside from joining games and other stuff...?

I love facebook. It enables me to keep intouch with friends and family and be part of their lives, which for me is very important as mostof my friends and family still live in the UK and I live in Spain. It has also been a lifeline for reconnecting with old school/uni friends that I lost contact with over the years. For me, its all about staying in contact and keeping an important conncetion going.

I send messages to my daughter-in-law and friends to let them know what is going on. It is easier then getting off my myLot gmail account and going to my friend email account. With facebook, all I need to do is to send a message. I could of course phone, but this is much easier. Oh yes and a lot of my friends at church are members of Facebook. It just seems to grow.
I do have one here from myLot and there is one I was warned is a spammer, but I do not know him, but I heard that Rachel Ray has a facebook account and since I love her cooking and love Italian.

I use Facebook to keep up with what's going on with friends and family, it's also very handy as it reminds me of upcoming birthdays, which I may forget as I don't have a good memory. I do occasionally play the word games on there too.

I started Facebook last December only and I already got many of my friends offline. I appreciated this site because you can still keep in contact and know what they are doing online. Also, you can enjoy playing online test and games with your friends too.

well now that I am starting to get the hang of things at facebook I find it nicer than friendster. But I'm still wandering off in FB because of my lack of expertise in it. Well I never got to be expert in FS too but I like the simplicity of the page at FB and how I got connected to my relatives who are FBers. The website itself located them for me so I didn't have to search for their names in vain.
