What happened to my number?

It's been a couple days since I have been online. I was excited to accomplish my 200 marker where I could post in some mylot codes. Well today I get online and my posts are under 200 now. :( I have read before that some posts get deleted by myLot due to violation of terms. I checked my started tab and all the ones I have started are still there. Do you lose post to if someone else's discussions get deleted - meaning if you responded to one of theirs and something was put into the discussion that is a violation to terms? What other ways do you lose your number of posts on here? This is the first time this has happened to me and it has bummed me out just a bit. :(

If you have responded on some of the most common violations then you will have lost posts.
These are discussions about:
- losing posts (like this one)
- losing earnings
- goals and milestones (like earnings, stars etc.)
- earning sites, blogs and posts containing ref links
- repeated topics
- copied from other parts of the web with no source quoted (plagisrised)
- recipes, jokes, poems etc.
and a whole lot more which are all in the Guidelines.
Try avoiding them and it will not happen again. Good luck!

In the Guidelines you will see we are not to discuss 'personal issues which should be directly discussed with myLot' which is what this is. It is also a repeated topic. That's why it will go along with over half the other discussions in this interest

you are kidding me? Things like this would be a violation? But why? I guess maybe I should take the time to read the guidelines. I figured violations would be things like violence, plagiarism, etc. I wouldn't think that by posting something up about missing posts would be against terms. Oh well. I better go responded to some others so hopefully I can keep those. Thanks for your response! :)

If you responded to a discussion that was deleted .. you lose your post and your number for the post you responded to.
Other that having your own discussion deleted.. this is the only way that I know that you lose your number of posts.

Thanks for the info. I didn't lose a whole lot. I think I am going to go threw my responded discussion and see if maybe some are missing. That kinda stinks that you lose yours if someone else violated the terms. I guess myLot has to do what they have to do though. I would understand if it was myself but I always try to follow the guidelines so I don't end up in this situation. Oh well, I just posted and responded to bump myself back up to 200.
But... now that I am and I go to use the mylot code it won't allow me... Grrr I hope this is just a glitch today!

Log out and back in again and the code will re-appear as before.

Yes it happens sometime when mylot does not think your discussion topics are worth or may be due to some violant topics and many other reasons are also there if you have responded to someone and that person has delted all the responds then to your amount as well as your number comes down.till date i have found very little of this in my account but not recently and not much.dont worry it just happens in the beginning.
