Smile!

Just a gentle poem t round a day, i'm not an expert or anything much with writing poetry, but i thought i'd share this one:
It's hard to live a life in peace
Stressful times that never cease
To make the hammer pound your head
To make you seek comfort of a bad
But 'smile' is more than just a word
It flutters lips, wings of a bird
It crinkles eyes and dimples cheek
Small soft smiles that always seek
to lift the spirit way up high
To change emotions in a sky
So blue, the calmness washes through
So let the smiles wash over you
