Why People Increasingly Getting Insensitive Towards Others?

When I look back , I find now people are less sensitive to the needs and demands of others. Previously you can find people bending backwards to adjust for the sake of others but now their is an attitude of confrontation which is prevalent. And that's the reason their are so many heart aches and break downs in relationship.Do you find my observation got any merit?

Your view has a lot of merit. I think that there is this unhealthy cycle because couples fight so much nowadays and i think part of the reason is because their parents fought so much so they think that it is normal.

Well you have a sound reason, unfortunately kids while growing up tend to grasp which seem to ugly to them and they take it as a way of life and parents are not a role model for them to guide them to be more considerate.

I totally agree with you. We are certainly in a different day and age where people only think about themselves. People really stand out to me when they show compassion and bend over backwards to help others.

I think Compassion is the need of the hour for us human being.
