What is the dealbreaker in a job?

Let's say you get offered the perfect job...everything is great, the salary, the benefits, the actual work you'll be doing. What would be that one thing that would make you go, "Ehhh....no, I think I'll pass."? Everybody has a dealbreaker, that one aspect of something that just makes it unbearable. So what would you have to do or what would they say to you at a job to make it unbearable, even if everything else about it was perfect?

If they wanted all sorts of crazy hours, weekends, etc.
