Bacon Bacon, Everywhere!

I'm a fiend when it comes to bacon. I love bacon with everything, and not just your traditional egs, and Blt's. Recently, I've discovered that bacon grease flavors rices and pastas perfectly, and leaves my happy eaters asking for seconds and thirds. I have yet to tell them however, that instead of traditional cooking oil, I am using bacon grease. Do any of you use odd things such as bacon grease to flavor your foods?

Speaking of bacon and pasta, spaghetti carbonara is a really great recipe. Bacon grease, cream, egg, and cheese, mixed into spaghetti.

Me too - I love bacon, especially streaky bacon. I often fry them until crispy and take them with butter and toast! Or add them to my fried rice, with dried shrimps, eggs and chilli paste!
