which kind of boss do you perfer to work with?

My boss is very kind guy to work with, humorous and work hard. very seldom blame me when i make mistakes (always small errors) and help out of them. I think I am lucky to meet a boss like him, right? My prevoius manager is also a very kind man, who taught me many things.
how about your boss? he or she is easy to work with? what kind of boss you most perfer to?

I like a boss who is approachable, firm yet fair. I had a boss like that before and I really loved my job. He should also be encouraging to inspire us more to work.

my boss is a mean ,jealous and strict man,who never smiles to his employees,almost all of my workmates are afraid of him.
our company is very rich,but my boss milks us in every aspect

Hi, I would like to work with the BOSS who thinks about his team members as well as also for the company. The Boss should give time to learn and help them out in stuck situations. I am also working as a team leader and I am always with my team members whenever they face any issue. Even I have a boss who is so kind and helpful in nature. He gives us all the levarage to work with our own comfort but the only thing which we need to ensure that results are good and nothing is missed out. And we all try to cope up to his expectations. The Boss is like a head of the family who needs to support the team and pamper the team whenever requires . Ofcourse also critize wheever required.
