Who is your bet between Manny Pacquiao and Ricky Hatton this coming May 2,2009?

I know there are lot of boxing fans in this site. I just want to know your opinions for the coming fight of Manny Pacquiao and Ricky Hatton this coming May 2,2009. Personally, I am for Manny. I believe that Manny have still the guts and chances to win this fight. Not only that i am a Filipino too, Manny have done a long way in his boxing career. He defeated the top mexican fighters in the ring that's why he was called the mexican assasin/destroyer. I also know that Ricky Hatton is a good fighter. He defeated some famous boxers and used to fight in welterweight division but i still belive that Manny can make it again. Go Manny!!! What can you say about this?

Manny Pacquiao!! Oh the fight will be taking place tomorrow. I really can't wait to watch the bout between the two.

I bet for Manny. Boxer like Hatton is Manny's favorite opponent. They will be having a great rumble on the ring this coming May 2. Manny did a lot of improvement in his boxing career and all he need is to keep those techniques he has learned from his experience, and with this he has a better chance than Hatton to win the fight.

As ia said before, as long as Manny concentrates and keeps doin what he is good at (hit and run) there will be few boxers from Jr. Lightweight up to Jr. Welterweight that can give him problems, albeit for good counter/defensive punchers (JMM, PBF maybe), he is too fast for any one to catch best example would be his 3rd fight with Morales and his bought with Diaz (DLH as well but he wasnt really at his best thhoug thats not an excuse). It will be the same issue with Hatton, he has the power but not the spped to catch Manny up or the savy techniques to neutralize the speed, however if Manny gets careless and tangles with Hatton then we might have a prob because Hatton is definitely bigger but I know Freddie Roach will kepp Manny's head in the game. I predict somewhere between rds. 7-9 TKO victory for Manny

manny on all aspects is better than hatton so pacman all the way!

hi pinoymelancholy you're also right in terms of stats Manny is really better than Ricky and certainly he will be the favorite in this fight. Though i dfon't discount that Ricky have his chances against Manny. I do hope that our champ and filipino's pride will be on his top form to out last this bulldog from uk.... Thank you
