according to an offical email from Apple, the main albums are going to be reisued in enhanced stero remixes /remastered editions including new booklets and short films about the album.
They'll also be a stero boxset with a dvd compiling all the films.
The mono versions of albums + the rare stero mixes are going to be released only in a box set.

Seems a bit pointless as I haev always found that the best way to listen to the Beatles is from original vinyl records. The digital versions just don't sound as they should.
Also hate having to buy boxsets if I don't need all of the contents, for example if I have four albums but need two more hate having to buy the boxset just for those two albums

Hi there Jend!
I think that's great news for their memorabilia collectors as well as the young people who weren't able to catch and fully enjoy their music. They will now have the chance to get to know the legends and why they became that.
