My laptop screen is not as bright as it was....help me

since last two days my laptop screen is not as bright as it was before. Infact i am finding it little difficult to read..not actually difficult but i am used to brighter screen. I have tried to press fn and the brightness control button a lot of time but nothing is happening. it is Toshiba M35 - S 320 laptop.

Its difficult to figure out what the problem is. I would suggest you to contact Toshiba Customer Care for the same. Try finding the solution here as well: http://laptopforums.toshiba.com/tshb/ Hope you overcome it soon. Good Luck!!

You should clean that with a soft cloth or a solution with the cloth. I always clean that with its cloth and it gets brighter and sometimes as you say you should see the brightness control.

If you put your laptop in the charger, does it actually charge? Maybe your charger is broken, so the screen goes less bright to save power.

hey u just check d brightness and all option wheather some may have changed 2 dispaly light is week..
