we have the same problem chores. i too have been trying to lose weight, i 've been gaining much weight this summer because i have nothing to do but just stay at home and eat, and watching tv. and of course surf the net. this is not a healthy hobby i know, but i just been lazy doing some exercising and i hate it when i'm trying to diet because in nature i love food.

I have found that in order to lose weight you need to eat healthy & also to exercise. For awhile I was just exercising and not watching what I was eating and so I wasn't losing any weight. Before that I used to try to eat healthy & not exercise and I wasn't losing any weight either. Once, I started exercising at least 3 times a week and eat healthy I started losing weight.

It's funny but every time I try to loose weight I gain. I just tried on my summer clothes today and somehow I lost weight this winter and I've been home most of the time. It's like I wanted to loose weight but didn't try and yet succeeded. I just don't get it LOL

Well I guess the firs thing I notice from your post is that you still have a strong craving for food. i think the first thing in losing weight is of course the food that you eat should be lessened not drastically but slowly. that is the firs thing you should do eating less and less and exercising along the way that would lead you to your ideal weight.

Food is a huge part. Its not always the amount you eat but what you eat that tends to affect you. For example, you could have three bowls of salad and be better than having a slice of cake. Water is also a good filler. The more liquid you drink, usually the less you eat. However, with that being said, the scale is not always the right place to be able to tell you are losing weight. Go by the way your clothes fit and the inches you are losing rather than your exact weight. Besides, muscles weighs more than fat anyway.

I had also a difficulty on losing weight. I think the food intake is what we need to watch out together with exercise. I think if you combine the two you can achieve of losing weight. I hope I'm gonna lose weight this month and continue my goal. I tried to exercise 5 times in a week but doesn't paid off because I eat a lot. Right now I control what I eat and I exercise at the same time.

Don't think that losing weight is hard, that is the
first thing you need to do to lose weight, because
when you are stressed the more the fat will be stubborn
.With regards to your food craving,I think you should
eat healthier and slowly change you lifestyle , give yourself
a month to lose weight so that you won't feel the pressure on
losing weight, you may pm me if you want to lose weight.
I have an herbal food supplement that will help you lose weight
but very safe.

I have been working on it too. I have a trainer I see every week and go to the gym six times a week now. One thing to keep in mind is that your body will development muscle and you may not see any weight loss for awhile because of this. My advice to you is to restrict your intake of sugar and sodium[retains water and may make it harder to see any reduction on the scales.]and don't weight yourself everytime you turn around. My trainer says once a month is enough if you have to. Be sure to eat enough before you workout. If you don't you could get headaches and it will just defeat your purpose because you will be taking from muscle not fat. Don't eat alot of fruit because it takes longer to digest. Be good to yourself and get plenty of rest. Hope my info helps and good luck.
