Nobody's perfect.. and everyone makes mistakes.. i used to fail on my cooking attempts before but after non stop practicing everyday, i have finally made it.. yes, new recipes/dishes are coming in but don't lose hope.. i am sure you are going to make it.. just believe in you capbilities.. and keep practicing.. recently, i have learned a new recipe, a chinese dish called fish in black bean sauce.. i have added tofu to make it extra special..

I think like you that cooking is an art. But it is an art that can be mastered is you want to do it. Most of the things we do everyday are arts that we have mastered or that we are in the proccess of mastering. I love to cook and I´m a very good cook. But there was a time when I knew nothing and I had to start with simple things. Simple things can be delicious too. Then, little by little, you start widening the scope of your knowledge.
