What time do you get up in the morning and why at that time?

I don't have a job and I'm divorced with grown children so I don't have to get up at any certain time. But I'm always up around 7:30AM no matter what time I go to bed or what time the sun comes up! I'm thinking of changing that to 6AM, just to have more morning to enjoy!

I have insomnia and i have been suffering it from years.. i usually sleep around 3 in the morning.. then i wake up a bit late, 10 in the morning.. my hubby's shift is n the evening so there's no worry of waking up late to prepare breakfast for the two of us.. hubby usually wakes up around 1 in the afternoon..

I wake up at seven a.m. during the week that way I have a few minutes before the kids head off to school. We usually leave around seven or seven forty five and that gives the kids enough time to get up, get dressed, and also grab something for breakfast. They usually just grab cereal or pop tarts, I would get up and make them breakfast because I know that it is the best meal of the day but they aren't real big eaters so it would waste more of the food than would end up in the tummies.

I set my alarm clock for 8:00 am. After my clock alarm, I usually lie on the bed for 5 minutes to clear my mind. I must arrive my office before 9:00 am. So I have a hour to wash my face, brash my teeth, have my breakfast and ride to my office. Luckily, it's only take me 10 minutes to get there. Because I ride a bicycle, I don't need to struggle in the bad traffic condition. In holiday, I usually get up in 9:00 am.
