Do you know which is the best and cheap cell phones that can be used to browse internet web site like this forum? I am using the nokia brand I am using right now but it is tedious to use since you need to scroll to read the message. I guess there is already suit for internet browsing but I don't have idea.

I really don't know what phone is best for the internt. I did have a blackberry cyrve 8330, which had the internt on it. It was a nice phone and the internet was clear. I changed my plan, so therefore I changed my phone, as I can't afford to pay extra to have the internet on my cell phone. I have brouadband internet on my computer which is much better anyway. I just don't feel it is necessary to have the internt on a cell phone.

Hi, lishiwei! What model do you use? What browser do you use, is it the default browser. If your phone was nokia, you can download some browser applications like opera mini, bolt, ucweb, and teashark. I prefer to use opera mini when posting here because it supports text wrapping so it is easy to read. When viewing a large webpage, I use bolt because it is in full desktop view. When viewing many sites, I use ucweb because it has multiple windows so I can open more. I haven't use teashark. Those are on .jar format. It is compatible to all nokia phones that support java. I also use opera to upload and download files through my phone. It is in .sis extension. You can choose any of the browsers that i had given for you to use in internet surfing. I hope this might help, happy mylotting...=)

I think 3G nokia phones are perfect for web browsing.. and yes, smart phones like blackberry, HTC, Imate are great too.. I used to utilize my phone's internet feature to connect to my favorite sites before (Nokia 82) but since we already have broadband internet connection at home, i don't use my Nokia N82 to connect anymore.. surfing using broadband is way cheaper than the usual mobile phone..
