How to improve the spoken English?

For me, there are many ways to improve my listening, reading and writing in English. I can listen to the radio and watch some TV series. I can read newspaper and magazine. I can practice my writing skills in mylot. But I don't have opportunity to practice my spoken English. My country isn't a English speaking country. It's not easy for me to find a English speaking environment. So I practice my spoken English alone. I speak to a recorder, so I can check my pronounce. I practice some speech which some famous people gave before. It's not a easy way. But I will keep going. :)
